Additionally, they are all licensed, bonded, insured and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics.
• COST SAVINGS – due to the lengthy partnerships we have maintained within our attorney network – some for over 20-25 years – and the volume we do with firms because of our size, we have the ability to negotiate reduced rates on legal files. Therefore, your overall costs are far less through us, than many other firms, saving you a  considerable amount in Legal expenses.
• STRICTLY CONTINGENT FEES – Through those partnerships, we have also negotiated deals with the vast majority of our attorneys to work on a strictly contingent fee basis. This means the attorney works the file through the entire litigation process and you pay nothing (with the exception of a minimal court cost advance) until and unless it is collected.
